sale - 1971 383 R/T convertible for sale. The same year, make & model as the 1971 Indy Pace Cars. This is an "Honest" 1971 Challenger Convertible as you can see every flaw it has, no fresh shiny paint hiding multiple atrocities underneath. It has an R/T 383 HP 4-bbl motor with the original HP cast iron exhaust manifolds, just rebuilt 727 HD Auto. Trans, 8 3/4 rear end, Power Steering, Disc Brakes, Fender mounted turn signals, Power Top, Dual Scoop R/T hood, Bucket seats, Dual R/T out the back exhausts, Centerline wheels with raised white letter tires, old Red paint with original white interior and white top with a glass rear window and a nice detachable face cassette stereo system. Original colors were high impact Go Green and the car was built with factory Air Conditioning. It's a turn key driver, It's an R/T recreation, not matching numbers, no fender tag or build sheet, but what you do get is an R/T equipped car with everything from the 27" radiator, B block K memebr, disc brakes, 383 HP engine, 727 trans, HD springs, driveshaft and back to the 8 3/4" rear axle is correct R/T, plus the R/T hood and out the back R/T exhaust.
